By packaging the popular new 17W+17W stereo D-class audio amplifier BD5423EFS (4.5W HTSSOP-A44) in the smaller 3.3W QFN power package we now enable our customers to adopt this powerful stereo amplifier to more space sensitive applications, such as portable audio devices.
The new BU5423MUV was designed for use with its BTL (Bridge-Tied-Load) output, allowing highest possible efficiency of up to 91% at Po=10W+10W at 12V, whilst preventing from any pop or click noise as well as problematic ground noise which is known from some Single-Ended audio amplifiers in the market.
Samples are available on request; the mass production of BD5423MUV has just ramped-up.
