Complex transistor DTDG Series

Resistor & Zener Diode built-in Zener diode is build-in to protect transistor from the breakdown by back electromotive force surge voltage, so that external protection diode is not necessary. Input resistor(s) is/are built-in to enable the direct drive by the control IC (DTDG23YP).
